The hunt

Guided pheasant hunts, or bring your own dogs

We raise our own pheasants. They’re ready to go in 20 weeks, and they’re released for groups and individuals into acres of great cover.

A hunt is a morning outing. We offer guided hunts, or use your own dogs: bring yours and work them, or go out with one of our guides and their dogs. It’s for beginners to seasoned hunters, and we can tailor your hunt to your specific needs.

Kids come out for their first birds, and seasoned hunters come back for return outings. One group of friends has made it an annual outing for over 10 years.

Some mornings are a mixed bag, pheasant and chukar both (see Wyoming Chukar Hunts). Buy as many birds as you want: call, and Craig will set it up.

Bring your dog

The farm is very dog friendly. Bring your own dogs and work them, or go out with one of our guides and their dogs.

Young dogs come here for their first live birds, some of them pups just six months old.

What a great way to start our pup! Craig is very hospitable, knowledgeable and accommodating. We will definitely be returning!
